Competencies:-
Knowledge in making Ladder program in Rockwell CCW , Siemens software for S7-1200 , S7 -200 smart
Knowledge in Rockwell Power flex 523, 525 Series VFD.
Basic Knowledge in RTD Sensor, Pressure, Temperature, RH, Dew Point Transmitter & Actuators.
ERP working would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Hands on experience on Rockwell CCW V12, STUDIO 5000,FT STUDIO and Siemens PLC S7-1200 , S7-200
smart
Developing of PLC & HMI Programming for Rockwell AB Micro 800 Series PLC, Panel View 800 HMI.
Supporting service team at site for troubleshooting / start up of equipment through offline stop/ online
mode
Preparing necessary documentation/ Manuals for the equipments/ machines
Managing team of 2-3 automation engineers
