Oversee the execution and management of projects involving IBMS systems, specifically focusing on CCTV, CFS, and ACS implementations.
Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation for the assigned projects.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks for installed systems.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and compliance requirements.
Prepare project status reports and maintain updated records.
Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/IT or related field).
Minimum 5 years project management experience in IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) background, with hands-on execution of CCTV, CFS (Critical Facility Systems), ACS (Access Control Systems).
Good knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and implementation processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or facility management projects is preferred.
