Job Brief : Execution and monitoring of project after order receipt
Responsibilities
Follow up with Principals, Design Team, Installation Team, Customer.
Visit Customer Regularly to understand their requirements.
Co-ordinate with factory, visit factory
Help execute project profitably and efficiently
Drive Procurement activities and help procurement team with alternatives available.
Installation commissioning planning along with service Manager
Budgeting and adhering to cost control
Maintaining, preparing project planning sheet and updating the same for lead time/delays.
Keeping management, team and customer informed about the timelines
Qualifications And Skills-
- Good Clear Communication
- Have engineering background and/or understanding of food processing/FMCG projects
- Should understand commercial terms, incoterms
- Read and understand drawings
- Experience in project management tools like Microsoft projects or any other
- Experience in Equipment manufacturing / Material Handling / Automation / FMCG / Food Processing / Potato processing would be a plus.
- Detail oriented, deadline driven.
