Project engineer

Job Brief: Execution and monitoring of project after order receipt

Responsibilities –

Follow up with Principals, Design Team, Installation Team, Customer.

Visit Customer Regularly to understand their requirements.

Co-ordinate with factory, visit factory

Help execute project profitably and efficiently

Drive Procurement activities and help procurement team with alternatives available.

Installation & commissioning planning along with service Manager

Budgeting and adhering to cost control

Maintaining, preparing project planning sheet and updating the same for lead time/delays.

Keeping management, team and customer informed about the timelines

Qualifications and Skills-

Good & Clear Communication
Have engineering background and/or understanding of food processing/FMCG projects
Should understand commercial terms, incoterms
Read and understand drawings
Experience in project management tools like Microsoft projects or any other
Experience in Equipment manufacturing / Material Handling / Automation / FMCG / Food Processing / Potato processing would be a plus.
Detail oriented, deadline driven.
