Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Project Engineer C&I who will be responsible for managing and executing interior fit-out and construction projects across Pan India locations. The role involves coordination with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to project budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute interior fit-out and construction projects as per project timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, MEP, vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site activities, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved as per schedule.
- Prepare and review BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.
- Manage material procurement and site logistics in coordination with the procurement team.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is executed as per drawings and standards.
- Liaise with clients and consultants for approvals and technical clarifications.
- Track project costs and variations and coordinate with the contracts/estimation team.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project records are maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
Experience
- 37 years of experience in interior fit-out / commercial / retail projects.
- Experience in corporate office, retail, hospitality, or commercial interior projects will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out execution and site management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, project planning tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and vendors.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across Pan India locations.
