Job Summary
ACME MEP Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Project Engineer HVAC (Pharma) to manage and execute HVAC works for pharmaceutical and cleanroom projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, execution, and coordination of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with pharma standards and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise HVAC works for pharma and cleanroom projects.
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems (AHU, ducting, chilled water piping, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and cleanroom standards .
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review BOQ, drawings, and technical submittals .
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and billing coordination.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 24 years of experience in HVAC project execution, preferably in pharma or cleanroom projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU, ducting, VRF, chilled water systems).
- Familiarity with GMP, cleanroom classifications, and validation processes .
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
