Project Engineer - H/W

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and execute assigned projects or work packages on time, meeting quality, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers, analyzing existing systems and determining hardware/software compatibility.
• Coordinate subsystem design and total system integration.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies, recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to engineering delivery standards and project procedures.
• Develop reusable standard products and engineering solutions for project delivery.
• Support Team Lead in managing technical risk and clarifying technical issues.
• Demonstrate technical expertise to achieve repeat orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support team performance, mentor colleagues, and motivate the engineering team.
• Apply knowledge of electrical design standards, control circuits, panel design, and mechanical design of enclosures.
• Ensure full lifecycle involvement from design phase to commissioning, including field support when required.
