- Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects (roads, bridges, buildings, utilities, infrastructure).
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and cost controls.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local codes.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare progress reports, cost forecasts, and project documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues, disputes, and change orders efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 510 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
