Role Overview
Responsible for supervising and executing civil and finishing works in line with approved drawings, specifications, and
brand standards. The position ensures quality, safety, and timely completion of all structural and architectural
elements in hospitality projects.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Time, Quality, and Cost shall remain the core focus parameters across, ensuring that deliverables are achieved
efficiently, within budget, and to the required standard of workmanship.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works with strict adherence to design and quality standards.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to resolve interface issues.
- Verify material quality, contractor bills, and daily execution progress.
- Maintain inspection records, QA/QC reports, and site reconciliation statements.
- Implement approved safety measures and ensure compliance with statutory norms.
- Review drawings and identify construction challenges, suggesting corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of works aligned with project schedules and brand expectations.
- Monitor works executed by contractors and subcontractors, verify their bills, and conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and project standards.
