Responsible for Compliance of the Statutory & Regulatory Requirement of the National & International Std. of one complete vertical of Chiller Business out of 2 vertical (E.g. 1 complete portfolio out of Air Cooled & Water cooled)
Statutory & Regulatory compliance shall include Such as ASHRAE/ECBC/BIS/Star Labeling Program of BEE for the existing and new product.
Responsible for Engineering BOM Verification & Costing of the Products
Design, Development and Documentation of Products.
Responsible for Preparation of Performance Rating Chart/Technical Specifications & Rating Software Data.
Component Selection and System Integration of the Product along with driving the projects on time as per the Schedule decided by monthly Steering Committee
Technical Expertise
Shall have worked in the chiller Design Packages & all the experience shall be related to new Products Preferably of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Category
Should have the Knowledge of verification of BOM, & Costing of the Product

Responsibilities
Skill- Knows the complete Know How of Heat Exchanger Design (Thermal & Mechanical)
Product Selection Software Knows the Preparation of Product software from Use of Heat Exchanger Software and Compressor Simulation Software.
Design Process- Conduct DFA/DFM/DFS & Design Reviews for approval at various stages.
Co-ordinate Operation- Support to CFT for newly Launched & First time Production of new products.
Support to Manufacturing & Sales Team-Co-Ordination with the Manufacturing plants & Sales Teams for Technical Support.
NPD Process- Improve NPD quality by integrating design for functional excellence (DFS,DFM&DFA). Enable cross-functional and concurrent execution of projects
