This Position reports to:
Engineering Manager (Electrical)Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline of low to medium complexity. Each day, you will work on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also demonstrate your proficiency by applying basic design thinking and design-for-excellence concepts in your work.
The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite.
This role contributes to the Process Automation segment within the Energy Division in the India Region, specifically for the Excitation business.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.
Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for engineering projects.
Use checklists to perform design verification in accordance with applicable standards and engineering guidelines.
Qualifications for the role
Commitment to project engineering, with a focus on excitation systems.
3 to 7 years of experience in project engineering, with direct design experience using E3 or EPlan.
Advanced knowledge of electrical design and engineering in excitation or LV drives
Keen interest in customer management.
Diploma or engineering degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
