Archetype India is expanding its Project & Construction Management team in India and seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale Building & Real Estate projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with international experts on landmark developments across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple large-scale projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget targets are achieved.
- Lead and mentor project management teams to deliver world-class results.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management.
- Maintain strong client relationships, representing Archetype at all project stages.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team on project proposals and negotiations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture with at least 20 years of project management experience, including 10 years in a consulting environment.
- Proven success managing complex Building & Real Estate projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Fluent in English with experience working in multicultural teams.
