Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery from planning to closure
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with development, QA, design, and other internal teams
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
- Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with delivery processes
- Handle change requests and manage project dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 45 years of experience in project delivery or project management roles
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / Agile / Scrum certification is a plus
- Experience working with clients in IT / software projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
