Role Title: Project Delivery Lead – Azure

Role Overview
The Delivery lead will be responsible for ensuring the Azure Infra project scope, plan, and execution of projects are delivered to meet the business requirements.
The Principal Responsibilities Are
- Take responsibility for the project from project scoping, requirements definition, project planning, and financial planning/budget perspective.
- Monitoring and managing Cloud operations and coordination between different support functions to ensure optimal service
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing automation to improve overall efficiency and cut delivery timelines
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
- Follow cloud adoption framework within the delivery team
- Setup project Steering Committee meetings - lead the meetings providing status updates for projects.
- Liaise with management and PMO from a resourcing perspective to ensure all resourcing plans are aligned with the project deliverables.
- Throughout the project life cycle, identify and assess all risks, issues, assumptions & dependencies and identify mitigating actions for the same.
- Manage external vendors to ensure they deliver to time and budget deliverables.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and of adequate quality followed Microsoft CAF.
- Ensure quality gates are in place and achieved.
- Ensures efficient communication with all project stakeholders & senior leadership
Performance and Quality Management
- Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
- Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
- Supervising operations to facilitate continual improvements in the Azure environment
- Collaborating with architect to set standards for Azure native Services, and security
- Managing compliance level and improve overall score
Experience And Knowledge
- 7-8 years in a Solution and delivery role;
- Azure Certification (AZ-104, AZ-303, AZ-304)
- Cloud Adoption Framework
- Strong leadership and influencing capabilities;
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills;
- Strong relationship management skills
