Job Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of environmental
monitoring projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams,
customers, and partners to ensure timely delivery, smooth installations, issue
resolution, and effective communication across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Project Execution & Coordination:
Support project planning, timelines, milestones, and resource coordination
Monitor progress against deadlines, cost, and quality
Ensure timely execution and closure of assigned projects
Track risks, backlogs, and dependencies, and escalate when required
2) Technical Coordination & Support:
Coordinate hardware and software troubleshooting with customers (training provided)
Support device installation, configuration, and validation with internal teams
Act as a coordination link between R&D, Production, Calibration, Logistics, and Field teams
Coordinate device shipments with the Logistics team
3) Communication & Reporting
Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Monitor Air Quality data regularly and prepare a report
Coordinate calls, meetings, follow-ups, and share project updates
Prepare and maintain project documentation,reports, and trackers
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
B.Tech / B.E in Electronics, Electrical, Environment, or related fields
Experience:
13 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment
Basic Air Quality, Electronics and Hardware understanding
Comfortable using web-based tools
Strong coordination, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
