Project Coordinator (Operations & Execution)

Location: Surat

Compensation: Based on Experience

Salary : 25K- 30k

About White Verve

White Verve is a digital product company creating high-quality courses, content, and marketing campaigns for various niches. We are building a strong brand presence and require a highly skilled Project Coordinator to manage, execute, and oversee critical tasks in website development, social media, content creation, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Management

  • Handle Graphy website development and ensure timely updates.
  • Set up landing pages, consultation forms, and affiliate pages.
  • Work with the agency team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure the Affiliate Program is correctly integrated and tested.

2. Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Plan & oversee the content calendar (posts, reels, and stories).
  • Work with the agency team to manage content creation & posting.
  • Supervise testimonials collection and publishing.
  • Work with designers for Instagram grid design, branding elements, and ad creatives.

3. Ads & Promotions Management

  • Coordinate with the agency team for Google Display Ads & Creatives.
  • Work with the agency team to execute commercial video production.
  • Ensure the Affiliate Program video & Testing is completed.
  • Track ad performance and optimize campaigns.

4. Marketing & Communication Oversight

  • Handle bulk email campaigns & WhatsApp automation.
  • Coordinate YouTube content and ensure uploads.
  • Manage Event Plans and execution.
  • Launch and manage WhatsApp Communities & Affiliate Executives.

5. Product & Course Development

  • Find and onboard content creators & influencers for new courses.
  • Ensure new video topics and concept reels (short & emotional) are produced.
  • Oversee the design of promotional materials (pamphlets, posters, etc.).
  • Work on revenue model & monetization strategy for digital courses.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Project management & task coordination experience
  • Website development & design skills (Graphy or similar platforms)
  • Social media content creation & marketing expertise
  • Paid advertising & campaign execution (Google, Meta ads)
  • Strong communication & leadership skills to manage teams & freelancers
  • Ability to work with multiple teams & oversee execution
