Role Description
Hiring: Project Coordinator / Operations Assistant
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support daily operations, vendor follow-ups, basic procurement, project tracking, and communication between teams, clients, and suppliers.
Role Responsibilities:
Follow up with teams on daily tasks and update progress sheets
Coordinate with vendors for quotes, purchase orders and material delivery
Track inventory, production status and maintain basic records
Schedule client calls, prepare simple minutes of meeting and send weekly updates
Assist in logistics
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Strong follow-up and coordination capability
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Organized and detail-oriented
Freshers or 12 years experience in coordination/admin/procurement can apply
Salary: As per industry standards
Education: Graduate(BSc, Diploma polytechnic)
Location: Dombivli
Nature: Office work - Hybrid WFH
