We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for managing software projects and enjoy working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, this role is for you.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of mobile and web development projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear project briefs for development teams
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks with mitigation plans
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct daily Scrum meetings and support Agile workflows
- Deliver project updates, demos, and presentations to clients
- Review deliverables to maintain quality standards
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports
- Support recruitment planning to ensure optimal team bandwidth
What We're Looking For- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT project coordination or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Highly organized, patient, and detail-oriented
