Job Overview

The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Sustaining Engineering projects within the Connected Energy – Parts business. This role sits within the Project Management Office (PMO) and focuses on maintaining project governance, data integrity, and transparency across the full project lifecycle.

Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering Leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders, the Project Coordinator ensures accurate tracking of schedules, costs, resources, risks, and milestones using the Planisware project management system.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans in Planisware
  • Ensure completeness, consistency, and integrity of project data across NPI and sustaining projects
  • Support Project Managers and Engineering Leaders with reliable project reporting and analysis
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule variances
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Support cross‑functional coordination across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality
  • Assist with resource planning, change management, and PMO continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support lessons‑learned activities and post‑project reviews

Candidate Desired Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, engineering, or operations
  • Experience with Planisware or similar project management tools preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interest in building a career in project management
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix, cross‑functional, and global environment
