The Project Coordinator serves as a member of the project delivery team responsible for overseeing the execution of all assigned projects. This role is client-facing, primarily through email and sometimes over the phone, and requires the ability to deliver a high level of quality and customer service to manage and meet customer expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, expectations, milestones, and deliverables and monitor progress toward achievement for a group of small projects.
- Track project budget, scope, risk, and schedule.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Contribute to the creation of project plans, documentation, and requirements for projects.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
- Act as a key contact and communication facilitation between internal departments.
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks and assignments across teams.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Communication, Information Systems, Business Systems, Information Technology, or relevant field experience.
- 1-3 years of professional experience working in a Project Coordination or Project Management space, specifically on software implementation.
- Professional experience with MS Project or similar Project Tracking tool.
- Professional experience working with desktop technologies and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and project tracking.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
