We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our SFA & DMS projects in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing project timelines, resources, and communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and information.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure that project deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Support the project team in the execution of tasks and provide administrative support.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
