Job Requirements

Core responsibilities:

  • Manages delivery center's financial health through tasks like financial planning and analysis, accounting, and compliance.
  • Work with other departments to align healthy financial status of the center.
  • Maintaining up to date financial status of projects like PO, invoice etc.,
  • Generation of PO utilization report weekly by calculating weekly fund balance and status update to corresponding Program Managers.
  • Weekly sharing out project financial status reports to customer.
  • Being a Focal point for financial details of all Purchase Orders of the delivery center
  • Taking care of administrative activities of the delivery center like arrangement for customer visits, coordinating Town Hall meeting, arrangement of awards, maintaining award register, etc.,

Key Skills

  • High efficiency in Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.,
  • Knowledge of overall project life cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain financial terms to non-finance professionals.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Dynamic and Proactive in problem solving and getting the things done on time.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exposure to working environment of Engineering Service organizations will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be added advantage.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.com)

Work Experience
