Job Requirements
Core responsibilities:
- Manages delivery center's financial health through tasks like financial planning and analysis, accounting, and compliance.
- Work with other departments to align healthy financial status of the center.
- Maintaining up to date financial status of projects like PO, invoice etc.,
- Generation of PO utilization report weekly by calculating weekly fund balance and status update to corresponding Program Managers.
- Weekly sharing out project financial status reports to customer.
- Being a Focal point for financial details of all Purchase Orders of the delivery center
- Taking care of administrative activities of the delivery center like arrangement for customer visits, coordinating Town Hall meeting, arrangement of awards, maintaining award register, etc.,
Key Skills
- High efficiency in Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.,
- Knowledge of overall project life cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain financial terms to non-finance professionals.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Dynamic and Proactive in problem solving and getting the things done on time.
- Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Exposure to working environment of Engineering Service organizations will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be added advantage.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.com)
