Project Coordinator

PING Network is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join our team as a University Outreach Project Coordinator. This 6-month contract role offers the potential for extension based on performance and project needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student engagement, adept at building relationships, and comfortable with travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with colleges, universities, and student bodies to promote PING Network's initiatives.
• Program Promotion: Organize and conduct sessions, events, and outreach activities to engage students and raise awareness about available programs.
• Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with college stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes for students participating in PING Network's programs.
• Applicant Management: Shortlist and follow up with student applicants, providing necessary information and support throughout the application process.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed outreach trackers and provide weekly reports on engagement activities and outcomes.
• Travel: Travel locally to colleges for visits and presentations, representing PING Network and fostering relationships with academic institutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in outreach, education, or coordination roles, preferably within academic or student-focused environments.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and a regional language.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Proactive, organized, and confident in public speaking.
• Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with student ambassador programs or education outreach.
• Understanding of the higher education ecosystem in India.
• Knowledge of CRM tools or project management platforms.
