Role Overview:
PMO Operations & Analytics Support
This role is responsible for managing and executing key PMO operational activities, ensuring smooth project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. PMO Operations
Manage Quest activities, including:
- Project creation
- Resource allocation and replacement
- Project closure
Raise and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) for:
- Project requirements
- RAM upgrades
- Events
- Coordinate with L&D team for training planning and execution
- Handle fresher hiring requirements in collaboration with the campus team
Follow up with Delivery Managers (DMs) for:
- Client approvals
- Updating the Invoicing Readiness Scorecard
2. Operational Activities:
Track and follow up on:
- Timesheets
- Compliance requirements
- Contract renewals (MSA, NDA, SOW)
Monitor and manage:
- Hiring pipeline and status tracking
- New joiner onboarding and facilitation
- RAS (Resource Allocation System) updates
- Bench and buffer utilization
- Facilitate and support Salesforce workflow processes
3. Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and publish Weekly Pipeline Reports
- Conduct governance reviews with Delivery Managers to assess portfolio health
- Support Monthly Margin Review Calls
- Drive Subcontractor Cost Optimization initiatives
Perform data analysis and reporting using:

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management
- PMO and project lifecycle understanding
- Data analysis and reporting expertise
- Proficiency in Excel (Good to have Power Bi)
- Attention to detail and follow-up discipline
