Role Summary -

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of multiple AI products and client projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are well-managed, teams remain aligned, deadlines are met, and communication, reporting, and service delivery are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities -

·      Coordinate the execution of multiple products and projects simultaneously.

·      Track project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

·      Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

·      Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Operations, and Client Success teams.

·      Ensure tasks are properly assigned, prioritized, and completed.

·      Monitor and manage bug reporting, assignment, tracking, and resolution.

·      Ensure service-related activities are completed within defined SLAs.

·      Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.

·      Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and escalate issues when required.

·      Drive process discipline and improve project execution efficiency.

Requirements -

·      2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, or a similar role.

·      Experience working with software or technology teams.

·      Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

·      Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
