Job description:

Experience required: 1-3 years

We are looking for a motivated Project Management Associate to support project planning, coordination, and delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution of project deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and proactively escalate concerns when required.
• Support project governance activities, including status reporting, meeting coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, and project schedules.
• Facilitate communication between business, technical, and operational teams.
• Monitor project progress and assist in ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
• Support projects delivered through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Knowledge of risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or related roles.
• Exposure to project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication practices.
