Job Title: Project Coordinator - Contract

Job type - Contract (Third Party Payroll)

Function - Change Management

Min Qualification - Bachelor's

Min Experience - 3-4 Years of experience in Project Coordination

Role & Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and events

- Assist with the preparation and distribution of project documentation

- Maintain Project Pipeline and Project Control Book updates up-to-date

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Task Tracking and Coordination:

- Track the progress of project tasks and milestones

- Assist in the assignment and monitoring of tasks to the PMs

- Provide reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely task completion

Communication Facilitation:

- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and project updates.

- Help PM & SM members in managing relationships with stakeholders

- Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress & assist in addressing stakeholder inquiries and concerns

Required Skills:

o Excellent communication skills -

o Proficient at managing time and good coordination skills

o Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Qualification: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in coordinating & managing projects. Banking experience will be added advantage.
