Job Description

Project Coordinator - IT & Infrastructure Services

  • Assist in planning, monitoring and tracking external & internal ELV projects (CCTV, ACS, Networking, Structured

Cabling) from initiation through completion.

  • Develop and update project plans, including project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and

schedules.

  • Assist in resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting and

people management.

  • Ensures project results, and meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
  • Preparation of invoices and managing day-to-day transactions.
  • Conducting project reviews and status update meetings.
  • Manage multiple projects/assignments, manage teams specialized in different trades.
  • Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure project management.
  • Should be a team player and willing to take ownership.
  • Sound knowledge in MS Excel and Office and Networking
  • Effective project review and monitoring skills.
  • Ability to identify, build, and maintain relationships to deliver success.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Preferring work experience in Infrastructure project management.
  • Multi-Tasking skills and logical thinking capacity.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any discipline.
  • Sound Knowledge of accounting entries.

  • Liaise between internal departments, manage project inflow/ outflows, coordinating with accounts/ finance for

invoicing and collections.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, sound technical knowledge, people management, excellent communication,

problem solving and analytical skills.
