Job Title: Project Coordinator / IT Executive FEMALE.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the
execution and management of IT projects. The primary responsibilities will include supporting the
software implementation and maintenance process, coordinating user training sessions, and
addressing any IT-related issues that may arise and smooth adoption by end users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Support & Coordination:
Assist in the real-time issues of applications and IT systems.
Serve as the point of contact for end-users experiencing software-related issues.
Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of software-related technical issues in
Ensure that all software deployments and updates are properly documented and
communicated to users.
2. User Training & Support:
Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions to end-users on software usage, best practices,
and new features.
Develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs for end-users.
Monitor and assess user training effectiveness, gathering feedback for continuous
improvement.
Provide ongoing support to users after training, ensuring they have the resources needed to
resolve issues independently.
3. Project Coordination:
Assist the HOD in tracking and reporting project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
Organize and schedule project meetings, maintaining clear communication with
stakeholders.
Help with project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk
assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed
effectively.
4. Process Improvement:
Identify and recommend areas for improvement in software implementation, user training,
and support processes.
Suggest and implement new approaches to improve user engagement and training
efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
o 2+ years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or software
implementation.
o Previous experience with user training or customer support is a plus.
Technical Skills:
o Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., ERP, HMS systems).
o Basic understanding of IT systems.
Communication Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear user instructions and
reporting.
o Experience creating user documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
Organizational Skills:
o Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
o Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and coordinate appropriate solutions quickly and
efficiently.
