Project Coordinator - Interiors

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with hands-on knowledge of the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end billing, measurement, cost estimation, and client payment follow-ups across multiple active projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations and proforma invoices for new and ongoing projects

- Prepare and submit client bills in line with project progress and contractual terms

- Follow up with clients for timely payment collections and maintain billing trackers

- Conduct regular site measurements and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs at various stages of project execution

- Coordinate with site in-charges and project teams to validate work completion before billing

- Maintain cost sheets, rate databases, and project-wise financial records in Excel

- Assist in vendor rate comparisons and subcontractor bill verification

- Ensure all billing documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready

- Travel to project sites outside Bengaluru as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of interior execution rates specific to retail stores, residences, and commercial offices

- Ability to read, interpret, and measure from 2D AutoCAD drawings

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and structured trackers

- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quotation processes, and proforma invoicing

- Excellent follow-up and communication skills for client billing and collections

- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy

- Willingness to travel to project sites outside Bengaluru

- 25 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Billing role within the interior fit-out or construction industry is preferred

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
