Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Coordinator with a strong background in interior design and architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth communication between design teams, vendors, and clients while maintaining timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple interior projects (Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality).
- Work closely with design, site, and vendor teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
- Conduct site visits to track progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with design intent and technical specifications.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Designing or Architecture (Mandatory).
- Proven experience handling Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality projects (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and execution processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design/project management software.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure.
Experience Required
Minimum 26 years of relevant project coordination experience in interior fit-out projects.
