Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in the development and maintenance of project schedules and resource plans.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven working experience in project coordination or similar role.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the IT or software development industry.

Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Magento).

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
