Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in Excel to join our team. The role involves coordinating various recruitment activities and ensuring seamless communication between interviewers, hiring managers, and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Solicit interview slots and work directly with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to interviewers on the hiring event.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on slot fulfillment status.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Educate the Company on the recruiting process and the roles involved.
  • Manage vendor engagement by updating recruitment activities and candidate status regularly.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
  • Update candidate and interview records in the recruiting system and internal databases.
  • Work efficiently with recruiting tools and be proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel and Word.
  • Identify opportunities for improving program processes and customer experience.
  • Maintain monthly communication with our customers and recruiting teams, including newsletters, engagement meetings, and interviewing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Degree or diploma in HR or any related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment.
  • Experience with technical tracking systems/software (like ATS).
