Job Description: Project Coordinator (Civil)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Coordinator (Civil) with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining excellent coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

o Assist in the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

o Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and specifications.

o Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Site Supervision:

o Conduct regular site visits to monitor activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

o Address on-site challenges and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.

o Oversee daily activities to ensure alignment with project goals.

3. Coordination and Communication:

o Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and project teams.

o Facilitate clear communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives and updates.

o Handle queries and resolve conflicts efficiently to maintain project momentum.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily/weekly progress reports.

o Assist in preparing billing statements and invoices in line with project milestones.

o Track and document changes in project scope, timelines, or budget.

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

o Ensure that all project activities comply with regulatory standards and client requirements.

o Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high construction standards.

o Promote safety practices and ensure adherence to site safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in civil project coordination or related roles.

• Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and standards.
