Project Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities

• Understand the scope of each release and features being developed to effectively triage and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager / Producer to plan resources and dependencies for each release and deliver a project plan.
• Coordinate with HODs and partner managers to ensure resources remain aligned.
• Actively engage during the production phase with creative, art, development, and QC teams to keep projects on track.
• Review project progress periodically using tracking checklists and update timelines accordingly.
• Escalate unresolved problems or concerns promptly, presenting possible solutions for management to decide.
• Use Google Spreadsheets to track and manage project status.
• Ensure delivery of 2 updates every week across 2 separate games.
