Job Brief:
We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator / Manager with experience in Web Design, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, and Digital Marketing projects. The candidate will coordinate with developers, designers, SEO, SMO, and PPC teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage web, mobile app, and digital marketing projects.
- Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams.
- Handle client calls, project updates, and requirement gathering.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Use project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years experience in IT or Digital Project Coordination.
- Knowledge of Web Development (PHP, CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC, and Google Ads workflows.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience in IT / Web Development / Digital Marketing company
