Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic marketing plans for our clients brands. You will be responsible for liaising between clients, campaigners, Graphic designers and Content Marketers, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with clients objectives and industry trends.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy development and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on various marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insightful reports for clients.
  • Manage budget allocation, ensuring optimal resource utilization for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and proactively proposing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 1 2 years in a marketing management role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management platforms).
  • Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
