Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, coordinating between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team members. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, managing documentation, and coordinating project meetings. This role requires experience in coordinating drawings for residential buildings, a strong command of AutoCAD, and the ability to travel to Panvel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, coordinating between clients, contractors, consultants (electrical, plumbing, structure), and internal team members. You should have experience coordinating between various consultants for drawings of residential buildings, including MEP, RCC, and architectural drawings, for at least one residential project from start to end (minimum 10-storey building).
  • Project Management: Coordinate project management activities and drawings. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines. You should have completed at least one project from start to end.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Manage the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client and project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Vendor Management: You should have experience in vendor finalization and rate finalization for various finishing items.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to junior staff and assist in the coordination of team activities. This includes basic commenting, drawing checks, area measuring, and understanding structure and in-house changes.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience in coordinating between various consultants for drawings of residential buildings.
  • Strong command of AutoCAD (speed tests will be conducted).
  • Experience in vendor finalization and rate finalization for finishing items.
  • Ability to coordinate MEP, RCC, and architectural drawings for large residential projects.
  • Proficiency in basic drawing checks, area measuring, and understanding structural and in-house changes.
  • Open to travel to Panvel.
