Shifts: 2PM IST to 11PM IST.

Notice: 15 days or less

Pay Scale: up to 10LPA

We are looking for an immediate hire for a Project Co-ordinator / Business Analyst to support our AI projects.

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, and delivery activities.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Candidates with software development experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with popular AI Platforms and end to end implementations is a must.
• Ability to write effective AI prompts.
• Good knowledge of BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
• Must be able to create use cases and user stories.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the AI project team on daily tasks.
• Work closely with the engineering team for smooth project execution.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Prepare weekly status reports and join weekly leadership presentation calls.

This role requires someone proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving AI project environment.
