Description
Aveosoft Pvt Ltd is for an experienced
Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple
software projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, deliverables, and communication are well managed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure timely delivery
- Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and tracking
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and stakeholders
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Follow up with team members on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and timelines
- Support requirement clarification and ensure proper handover between teams
- Participate in project review meetings and prepare MOMs
- Assist in resource coordination and workload tracking
Qualifications
- 48 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, UI/UX)
- Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Flowlu, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience in IT services or software development companies
- Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, databases, deployments)
