Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad. The Project Coordinator will support end-to-end project execution, from initial requirement gathering and product sourcing to order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining project timelines, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, preparing and updating project documentation, and ensuring that design specifications, budgets, and quality standards are met. The role also involves regular communication with clients, resolving queries, flagging risks or delays, and providing status updates to stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will assist in coordinating site requirements, arranging samples, and helping ensure smooth implementation of interior design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and follow-ups across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate with clients, designers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Solid organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail for handling specifications, purchase orders, and reports.
  • Basic understanding of interior design, furnishings, or construction processes, with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage priorities, work under deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in project coordination, sourcing, procurement, or operations within interiors, architecture, or hospitality sectors is beneficial.
