Project Controls Specialist I

Perform project control functions related to cost and schedule

Assist in preparation of project controls activities for projects or assignments

Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Project Coding Structures

Accumulate and compile cost management data to prepare project budget and track progress

Develop cost control and scheduling procedures, execution plan, and business plan

Participate in weekly project cost reviews and schedule meetings

Develop and implement change management systems for engineering and construction

Develop and maintain management, project, and control level schedules

Other duties as assigned
