Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Define project baselines, monitor progress, and identify variances or delays
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams for schedule updates
- Conduct critical path analysis and provide mitigation plans for schedule slippages
- Support resource and manpower planning aligned with project timelines
Cost Estimation & Control
- Prepare detailed CAPEX and OPEX budgets, cost breakdown structures, and forecasts
- Track project expenditures against budgets and report deviations
- Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) for cost and schedule performance
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for cost benchmarking and optimization
- Generate cost trend analyses and recommend cost-reduction strategies
Project Controls & Risk Management
- Implement and maintain project controls framework including schedule, cost, and scope control
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks; maintain a risk register
- Support contingency planning and risk-based decision-making
- Ensure proper tracking of project documentation, change requests, and approvals
PMO Governance & Reporting
- Support PMO in establishing governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Prepare dashboards and executive summaries on project KPIs (schedule, cost, risks, milestones)
- Standardize reporting templates, documentation, and lessons-learned processes
- Facilitate cross-project coordination and portfolio-level reporting
- Drive automation of PMO tools, dashboards, and visualization using Power BI, Excel, and Primavera Analytics
