Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Consultant based in Patna. The Project Consultant will be responsible for leading and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and developing strategies to meet project goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing project requirements, preparing progress reports, and providing solutions to streamline processes and optimize efficiency. The Project Consultant will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in technical tools, software solutions, and IT infrastructure is an advantage
• Experience in e-Governance or IT projects is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Patna and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
• Knowledge and experience in RFP and DPR is a must
