Job Description

  • Handling Execution of HVAC Works which includes Ventilation, AHU, BMS, VAV, Ducting Piping works.
  • Execution of Plumbing firefighting sprinkler, hydrant system and Pump room Symphonic system.
  • Installation, testing commission of Power transformers, HT LT panels.
  • Billing of all MEP Works.
  • Executed, Attended and Resolved specific site problems via daily team meetings and discussions as required to minimize program delays.
  • Prepared, checked and reconciled the measurement bills of MEP contractors as well as direct monitoring and control of their activities.
