Project Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with Client, BD, Procurement, Design/Engineering, and Site teams.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
• Follow up for material requirements, vendor updates, drawings, approvals, and client communication.
• Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and highlight delays/risks.
• Ensure smooth coordination between technical, commercial, and execution functions.

Requirements

• 710 years experience in Solar EPC or Railway (RE/CORE/Overhead Electrification) projects.
• Strong project coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (BD, Client, Design, Procurement).
• Good understanding of renewable project workflow and execution processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.

Preferred Candidate

• Background in Solar EPC or Railway Electrification is mandatory.
• Engineering qualification preferred (Diploma/B.Tech/B.E.).
• Strong communication, multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
