Job Description

Role: To drive business growth by generating sales from architects, developers, contractors,and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development & Customer Engagement Generate enquiries and close sales with target customer segments:

Architects, Developers, PMC's, Hospitality, Contractors, and Key End Users.

Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and CPD sessions with specifiers to drive

product adoption.

Maintain a structured project pipeline tracker and ensure conversion into orders.

  • Channel Partner Management

On-board and nurture distributors, priority dealers & trade dealers.

Support dealers and project channel partners in securing and closing projects.

Work with certified applicators for project execution

Provide sales training, marketing material, and technical support to channel

partners.

  • Business Planning & Reporting

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.

Prepare and submit weekly reports on enquiries, project pipeline, sales closures, and

channel performance.

Track competitor activities, pricing, and market developments.

  • Brand & Marketing Support

Ensure brand visibility by driving POP, displays, and collateral usage with partners.

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and brand-led regional activations.

Collect client feedback and insights to support marketing strategy.

Drive local market engagement and generate enquiries.
