Job Title: Project & Change Lead, AVP

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

• As a PMO Specialist, you are a central pivot for the successful execution of our programs and projects in the area of Investment Solutions, subdomain Tax Calculation & Reporting.
• The PMO Specialist focuses on building knowledge and experience across project portfolio management techniques, methods and tools to support the successful program and project delivery in scope, time and budget.

Your key responsibilities

Financial Management:

• Budget Planning
• Financial Forecasting & Reporting
• Benefits Planning & Validation
• Change Request Management

Project Reporting:

• Project Task Structuring
• Status Updates & Reporting
• Risk & Issue Management
• Status Meetings

Project-/ Program Planning:

• Milestone Planning & Validation
• Time Planning

Project Resource Management:

• Resource Planning, Task Management
• Order Process & Management
• On-/Offboarding (internal/external)

Project Governance:

• Process- & Quality Management, Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Tool Management
• Preparation and Support of Project and Committee Meetings, preparation of minutes.
• Ad-hoc Analysis for Senior Management

Your skills and experience

• Proven PMO experience and knowledge of Project Management, affinity for financials and numbers.
• Clarity PPM tool experience, Jira and Confluence (or comparable)
• Experienced user of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner) is critical - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
• Excellent oral and written English and communication skills. German language would be a plus
• Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders (Business / COO / Finance teams)
• Demonstrated capability of problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, assertiveness
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently showing drive and initiative with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Flexible problem-solver, open minded to receiving input from colleagues
• Ability to share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within the team environment
• Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staff

Key Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or related discipline.
