Role Description
This is a Part-time remote role for a Project Based IT Recruiter (Freelance) at SBS - Specular Business Services. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and identifying and attracting top IT talent. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate offers.
Qualifications
- Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment
- Experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting
- Proficiency in Recruiting practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a recruiting or hiring role, especially within IT or technical fields, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
